Sanyo ECJ-HC55S 5-1/2-Cup Micro-Computerized Rice Cooker and Slow Cooker Review


The Sanyo ECJ-HC55S offers individuals the latest technology in slow cooking, allowing individuals to serve delicious stews, soups, steamed vegetables, boiled eggs, and the perfect, fluffy rice. The machine can be programmed to slow cook for up to 12 hours, either at high or low setting to ensure perfect cooking. Automatic adjustments are made to the temperature through the micro-computer chip technology.




The inner pots of the Sanyo ECJ-HC55S slow cooker features two super-thick (3mm) pots with round bottoms that ensure heat distribution. The menu offers multiple options for cooking, including white or brown rise, sushi or haiga rice. In addition to that, the rice cooking pot is coated in a titanium, non-stick finish and measurement lines. Included is a Martin Yan Recipe booklet with 16 delicious recipes.
